Introductions

• Welcome new DSpace Leadership Group!
• Please briefly introduce yourself with name, institution, role, and whether you are a new or returning member of Leadership.
• We will proceed alphabetically using the list at the top of the agenda.

• Selection of members to fill three (3) open position on the Steering Group
• Selection of chair for Leadership
• Filling community-at-large seats
• Scheduling future meetings

Action Plan for 2020-21

At its September meeting, Steering recommended for review a draft of an Action Plan for DSpace Program Governance, to help prioritize work over the next year.

The Action Plan builds on recommendations from the It Takes A Village program assessment conducted by LYRASIS last year.

The Plan should be viewed as a working document that will be adjusted over time and by the groups charged with taking on the work.
