The beta version of DSpace 7 has been delayed and at the moment it's not yet quite clear when it will be coming out. Therefore the Marketing WG would like to push out two messages:

  • The beta release won’t be available by the end of September as was predicted before summer.
  • A new date will be published as soon as we will be able to make a reliable estimate. We want would like to make sure that the product will be of high quality, and don't want to put too much pressure on the volunteers working on DSpace 7 to finish their work in a hurry.
