- At the November 3, 2017 Service and Collections call, there was a brainstorming session on what the group wanted to accomplish. The list is in the minutes for the meeting. The group also decided to create a poll to help prioritize this list and identify issues that are most important for our institutions. A link to the poll will be added when we are ready for review.
