This section describes the process for handling the voting of a new committer.
Summary
- Call a vote : (templates/committerVote.txt)
- Close a vote : (templates/closeCommitterVote.txt)
- Invite the new committer : (templates/committerInvite.txt, if no CLA is on file: templates/committerInviteCLA.txt)
If they accept, then do:
- Add crowd group: fcrepo-committer
- Add to owners of GitHub fcrepo organization
- Add to fedora-committers google-group
- Add to committers wiki page: Fedora Committers
- Add to committers Slack channel
- Announce the new committer (template/committerAnnounce.txt)
