First iteration of a standing agenda item for the monthly meeting to check in on the pending issues and discuss whether they can be closed.

Last month, we also agreed that we should not spend time sending follow-up emails if they do not respond to our initial inquiries
  • New section in the Github kanban : all requests for additional information sent to a requester and without feedback during 3 months are to be moved to the new section and considered closed.

Incorporating new curators into schedule
  • while working as primary curator November 15th to December 20th, aurélien conraux will work with Sefakor Ankora to familiarize him with the NAAN curator work.
