  • They help others understand what VIVO is and help motivate the team
  • They facilitate prioritization as each proposed activity can be evaluated against whether it furthers the vision

• Note: We have a practical goal for the session: a minimal viable mission and vision. Leadership can continue to refine after the session, but the focus is on gaining a workable version for now
