On October 18, the webinar "New DSpace 7 tools", given by DSpace technical advisor Julian Timal, was held virtually at eScire. The event was of free access, through the organization´s social networks.
In this second DSpace event, the new features of DSpace 7 version were presented, since it is one of the new stable updates of the platform that many institutions are beginning to use.
This virtual webinar covered topics such as entity configuration, the new DSpace 7 structure and the new menu options. It also covered topics such as the creation of communities and collections; records, export and import of metadata and their formats.
To conclude, the speaker gave people the opportunity to ask their questions through the comments section in the social networks.
