Because you will be ingesting multiple issues of a publication that contains extremely similar MODS records, it is recommended to install the MARCXML Module and create a template MARCXML file that can be ingested with each new issue - this can be done by filling out the form at http://path.to.your.site/admin/islandora/xmlform/Newspaper%20MODS%20form/view, clicking 'Submit', and then pasting the output into an XML file. Then, you can make slight adjustments to the MODS record from issue to issue so that the MARCXML record from one issue can be uploaded into other issues.
