We discussed and came up with the following:
Process for Bugs, Features, Improvements
- starts in open state
- developer sets to "in work" (should change to "in progress")
- developer sets to "in review" (and possibly sets resolution).....or directly to resolved
- reviewer sets to resolved (or reopened)
- developer sets to closed after merge (and ensures resolution is set correctly)
