  • Focus: Content Modeling, Semantic Web, and Linked Data

11:30 - 12:30: Improving Development Process & Pace

  • Models for getting significant work done
  • Improving engagement for existing and new contributors

1:30-2:00: Discussion of Roadmap Process (w/Jonathan Markow)

2:00-4:00: Roadmap Priorities

  • Our best guess. We'll bring this list to stakeholders to get input on their priorities.
  • Two approaches: Focus on one major theme & get into detail (Perf & Scalability), or cast a wide net with less detail per item.
  • Start with a brainstorm, narrow down to < 10.
  • For each, assign priority (high, medium, low) and effort (hard, medium, easy) and articulate the value to stakeholders.
