  1. Set out the solution set. What are the Use Cases that apply? What are we trying to solve for whom?
  2. Survey the Small Archive community (possible to use MLS-candidate resources?) to determine need, current abilities and resources, tentative Use Case definition.

• Assumptions
  1. A "Small Archive" for purposes of this discussion, is one with limited (how limited?) access to IT resources. Such an organization will have one or fewer software developers on staff, and may not even have an active webmaster.

• Use Cases: What is really needed? What works? What would work?
• Blue Sky: What would our vision be if we had unlimited resources
