1. Black box (repeatable, at the HTTP level)
   1. Characterizing the types of tests to run
   2. Reporting requirements for 3.6 (what do we want to say?)
   3. Frequency of routine test runs/reports
   4. Other requirements?
      1. Ability to run against Fedora 3.5 and 3.6
      2. Ability for users to run tests in other environments
   5. Technology choice (JMeter, Grinder, etc)
2. White box (searching for and fixing bottlenecks)
   1. Strategy/technology to use (log statements, Spring Insight, other profiling tools)
