    1. Replacing old doc with new doc

  3. Proposal from Kai: get rid of commons-logging dependencies and move to slf4j for logging.
    1. Reasons:
      1. Recommended logging framework for SpringDM.
      2. Commons-logging has apparent classloader leak, relating to FCREPO-496
    2. Q: Should this also address transitive dependencies on commons-logging?
      1. commons-httpclient
      2. other apache libs?
  4. Track Fest
    1. NOTE: During this review, we closed the following issues as out-of-scope for the repository project itself, but these could be taken on by outside community projects:
      1. FCREPO-436 - Preservation Alerting Service
