| Story (A paragraph or two describing what happens) | A librarian has a number of valuable emails that need to be archived in the repository. In order to create an item based on one of these emails, all the librarian needs to do is to forward it to a special email address. After this, the item will automatically be created, with any attached files being stored as bitstreams in the item. |

Use case sent to me by Kim Shepherd. Kim, could you flesh this out with additional details? What would the expectancy be in terms of metadata creation/extraction? Would the item go into workflow, where it can be extended later, or should the complete metadata already be extracted from these emails?
