Item Type Based Submission

The attached zip file contains both the code and installation instructions for an item type based submission process for the XMLUI. It has been only tested for version 1.5.2. The code is packaged as Maven overlay 'module' for the XMLUI.

It comprises a new screen prompting the user to select an item type. The subsequent metadata collection screens will vary depending on the type selected.
