- DG has provided the AMI, we have made a copy, and it is deployed at dfr.duracloud.org
- Initial testing indicates the copy of Sidora is in good shape but additional testing is required
- DG is offering information transfer sessions to help us both for Danny's work and about core Sidora
- DG has also offered to include a transfer session on the DropBox integration
- Was able to show subdirectory objects visibly in the tree
- Completed the capture of the AMI and redeployment (other than CloudSync)
- Completed revision of the ITs to match the new configuration
- Completed an end-to-end IT both as a standalone test and to use as a pattern for ITs to enable creation of demo objects
- Started refactoring SimpleProcessor to permit creating demo object
- Reviewed content models in Sidora for reuse in our demos
- or if needed adding one or two new content models

- Demo dates:
- Michele is inclined to not schedule anything with Sloan until we have a solid demonstration in place
- Michele's proposal:
- December 6th - internal demo for her
- December 19th - demo for advisory group
- Early January - demo for Sloan
- Availability:
- Bill out last two weeks of Nov and week of Dec 19th
- Jonathan around all but Thanksgiving
- Danny out Thanksgiving week wed-fri, but around the rest of the time

- AMI is in hand, we made our own copy
- Dan has made some tweaks, it's running on dfr.duracloud.org
- Basic operations are working much better, and are good enough for a demo
- Still wanting to play more with the forms and such
- Able to put objects visibly on the tree
- Object models that are pre-canned are all set up for the Smithsonian, expecting certain specific metadata formats
- Creating objects from DuraCloud don't necessarily map well to the built-in metadata
- Can get objects to show up on the tree without the additional metadata
- Plan is to have information transfer sessions with Islandora folks
- First one later this week, and second one next week
- If we can use their content models, we get much better integration (forms, XSLT, etc)

- Jonathan would like to set up time on Friday at 1pm to have a demo of UpSync and SiDora: Dan and Danny are available
- Metadata from the Sync Tool would be nice
- Dan: Confident that code will function by the end of the month
- Dan: Will likely still need to do work to build out the data and the demo
- Still need to build out the story that the demo is going to tell, Jonathan will lead this effort
