- Mark is the owner of DGI, and still chairman of the board
- John Eden is CEO of DGI, and has been in contact with Thorny about moving SiDora forward
- We may want to touch base with John and Mark to determine who our contact should be going forward
- Smithsonian: New set of tasks under new contract with DGI
- Professional services contract, task by task (limited by money available, not time)
- Tasks in the short list:
- Task: When logging in, each user should see only their own content
- Task: Capability to share a concept (those who are shared with have management privs to work on a concept)
- Task: Ability to publish website
- Task: Opportunity to specify a codebook for uploading spreadsheet data
- Thorny also working with another vendor on:
- TripIt: Register a project, send emails to an address, it will archive the email
- Add essay objects (born digital text)

- Smithsonian has: Test Server, field-books Server, Production Server
- Test Server declared "bug free"
- When Test Server setup is moved to Production Server (this week or next), they should be able to allow us to create an account
