DfR 0.3 User Stories

These user stories those as of the 0.3 release, the final release under the Sloan grant and the first public release.  They are captured in agile form as a hierarchy of epics and stories in the JIRA tracker and revised with each iteration as we learn more about user needs.  You may view them by using this link.
