    • Even better with more people on the sprint
  • Need a metric for determining if we are on track or not
    • Maybe use story points to estimate issues as we did in Pivotal
  • Document a format for daily sprint updates

  • Need to configure an IDE for debugging
  • Javadoc ticket took longer than expected
    • Useful for re-familiarizing with the codebase and processes
