NOTES:
The purpose of this meeting was to execute the It Takes a Village Kick Off Workshop, hosted by Megan Forbes and Laurie Arp from LYRASIS. The ITAV Kick Off is intended to help communities determine which Phase (Phase 1, 2 or 3) of ITAV each of their facets (Technology, Resources, Governance and Community Engagement) is in and how and where to best focus their energy.

- The purpose was to level-set the group expectations of where we are at and what opportunities we have

- Arran to organize next meeting to stay on schedule:
- Large group meeting 1x/month
- Smaller working-groups to meet 1x/month in addition to large group meeting
- Evaluation will be sent to all participants on effectiveness of ITAV Kick Off
