LevelSummary
Story (A paragraph or two describing what happens)

Some examples could include a collection with a large number of image files in a flat structure, or folder containing large numbers of machine generated data files. The system must be able to store these sets, provide access to them in a timely manner, not place undue burden on users, and allow for additions to the collection without excessive performance degradation.

While we can expect a cost to retrieving representations of a resource with large numbers of children or properties since the response will be large.
