      2. Migrating to Fedora 6:
         1. Upgrade version by version in the 4.x line up to version 4.7.5
         2. Upgrade to version 5

         4. Alternative: Create OCFL from Fedora 4 data and then put

         1. Do a full export from Fedora 4.x and reingest into Fedora 6

3. Dependency Upgrade Project Board Review
   1. Increasing code coverage:
      1. Jared Whiklo Wrote a lot of tests for kernel-api, but did not bring test coverage over ~65%.
      2. Is it worth the effort to extend test coverage to ~80% for all modules
      3. Idea by Demian Katz :
         1. Exclude certain code paths from test coverage?
         2. Unsure if we can exclude specific methods, classes can be excluded.
