Meetings
03/30
03/31
- Mohamed: Out sick
- Eric: Working on fixity event (FCREPO-1407)
- Found the right place to inject the event
- There's no JCR event, so getting info from the RDF stream and creating a new event
- Esme: Made RDF property proposal (FCREPO-1422), waiting for feedback
- Opened PR for adding userID and userAgent to JMS events (FCREPO-1420)
- Worried about regression we've seen before with ObservationManager, so keeping a close eye on that
- Will start looking at Camel
04/01
- Eric: started implementing fixity events, but couldn't get injection of EventBus working
- Took a step back and considered other approaches, started looking at generating Modeshape/JCR events
- Mohamed: Not much progress because out sick
- Looking into Camel and Karaf, not able to get it running yet
- Esme: I'll send my example that was working
- Should focus on transforming JMS messages into event RDF and posting to triplestore rather than Karaf
- Esme: Spent some time working on Camel and got a basic example working to consume fcrepo4 events and output contents
- Will update the RDF vocab based on feedback received so far
- Eric: Is PR 537 ready to merge?
- Esme: Needs review - you can review it and ask for additional reviewers as needed

- Will move on to FCREPO-1440 (duplicate events being generated) and FCREPO-1424 (external triplestore security)
- Andrew: Feedback next week?
- Esme: Yes, once we have Camel working and documented the process, it would be great to get feedback
- Andrew: Was at DC Fedora Users Group
- Have been meeting for 6 years, some new people, many long-time attendees
- Lots of progress since last meeting
- Gave a PCDM/LDP hands-on workshop that didn't go as smoothly as hoped
