Scenario

Test 2 uses POST requests to create as many 10KB to 100KB containers as possible before hitting a failure condition.

Test 2 has been performed by two different institutions across the following Fedora releases:

• 4.5.1-SNAPSHOT Build #fd6f9da9 (2016-02-19) (https://github.com/fcrepo4/fcrepo4/pull/986 before squashing)
