Fedora Camp offers everyone a chance to dive in and learn all about Fedora 4. Training will begin with the basics and build toward more advanced concepts–no prior Fedora 4 experience is required. Participants can expect to come away with a deep dive Fedora 4 learning experience coupled with multiple opportunities for applying hands-on techniques working with experienced trainers and Fedora gurus.

The Keck Institute for Space Studies is located on the Caltech campus at 345 South Michigan Ave. (map). From the hotel, you can head east on Cordova St. to South Michigan Ave. and turn right. Complimentary shuttles will also be available to take you from the hotel to the camp in the morning and back to the hotel in the evening. Parking permits vary by time to a maximum of $6 for the entire day. Visitors can park in any unreserved spot (i.e. not marked with a specific name or purpose), but must purchase and display a permit purchased from an automated pay station. There are pay stations in Lot 12 (adjacent to Keck) and Structure 1 (very close, across Wilson Ave). Lots of pay stations are marked on this map.

A light breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be included on each day of the camp. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available based on the dietary restrictions indicated on the registration form.
A reception will be held on Monday, April 11 at Bodega Wine Bar starting at 6:30pm, located only a couple blocks from the hotel (directions). If you don't want to walk, a taxi from the hotel will cost about $6. A variety of appetizers, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, will be available, along with drink tickets for beer and wine.
An informal dinner will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at the Dog Haus Biergarten starting at 7:30pm, located a few blocks from the hotel (directions). If you don't want to walk, a taxi from the hotel will cost about $8. Attendees can order an entree and a drink off the menu, and a selection of sides will be provided. We'll also order a few pitchers of beer for the tables. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
