• Five prototypes have been registered so far (see sign-up sheet DSpace UI Prototype Challenge)
• Cineca are still considering submitting a prototype

• Agree on the Evaluation Process section
• Agree on scoring of 1-5
• Agree that the evaluators will need to have a 'show and tell' session
• Jonathan Markow to schedule times for 'show and tell' sessions for over 2 to 3 week period after 6th November
• Updates made to terminology in the Hands on Criteria section
• Will require hands on evaluators who are new to the framework as well as those who may already know the framework
• Question - how can we measure the ease of migration to the new framework?
• Jonathan Markow to schedule another online meeting to discuss migration criteria
• All to complete the document by Tuesday 6th October
• Tim Donohue to distribute the document w/b 12th October
