Users marked as content submitters receive access approval requests through e-mails and they can determine, whether to grant or deny the access request. The steps to do so are outlined below.
Step 1: Content submitters receive the access request on registered e-mail, as demonstrated in the below screenshot. Users need to click the highlighted link to proceed with the next steps.

Step 2: User can click one of the two options i.e. "Send Copy" to approve the request, or click "Don't send copy" to reject.

Step 3: On the following screen, users can add a subject for the response along with the message describing acceptance or rejection of the request, and complete the process by clicking the "Send" button.
