Liaisons to or from PoCo may have varying responsibility, depending on the Liaison role. They may be appointed by PoCo or appointed by an external body/agency depending on the Liaison role.

Liaison Roles and Expectations

• Liaisons are non-voting members of PoCo 
• All Liaisons will be added to the PoCo listserv
• All Liaisons will be invited to PoCo meetings. Depending on the Liaison role, they may wish to attend all meetings or only those meetings with an agenda item relevant to their Liaison role 
• Liaisons are not expected to attend the November PoCo meeting in person, but may join remotely
• Liaisons should update PoCo on any activity of their liaising group that may be of interest to PoCo
• At least once per year, Liaisons should give an update to PoCo on the activities of their liaising group
