Meetings
Task Group Reports
- When reports are recieved, SCS chairs will use the Standing Committee on Standards google account to create a copy for SCS review
- Co-chairs share with the committee for asynchronous review
- Review period dependent on complexity
- Report and comments are reviewed at an SCS meeting if necessary
- The SCS TG co-chair or liaison:
- Summarizes the SCS response to the group
- Coordinates with the SCS chairs to determine a deadline to respond to feedback
- Once the updated version is sent to SCS, the SCS Co-Chairs coordinate an asynchronous vote
- Once approved, the SCS Co-Chairs forward to the PoCo chair
Updating existing PCC documentation
Do not upload the official PDF version available on the PCC website to the Google Drive, as this will result in formatting issues and data loss.
Ask the LC liaison for the Word document from which the PDF was derived, and upload that to the Google Drive for SCS.
