• New jiras to update for 6.3 (java11) deployment

  • Deploy using Terraform in combination with Docker (still on Beanstalk?)

    • Benefit of using Docker is that we have more control over our development environment (tomcat version, java version, etc)
    • Docker may be helpful to the OpenStack deployment as well

  • Initial focus will be deploying both DuraCloud and Management Console

  • 3 new tickets: Terraform/Docker for DuraCloud/MC/Mill

  • 1 new ticket: Deployment documentation update

• Release versioning: stick with 6.3

  • Next step of removing RTMP with be breaking backwards compatibility, so would need to be v7.0

• Release testing this afternoon and into next week

  • May need to push final release of 6.3 into January

• Retrospective

  • One-week sprints can be challenging

  • Next time, would be better to shoot for 2 weeks
