The DuraSpace Zoom account has a DSpace meeting room which is available DSpace project teamsworking groups or interest groups to use for meetings.

All DSpace meetings follow the DuraSpace Code of Conduct. We ask you to remain respectful in all discussions. We also encourage you to report any violations of the code of conduct to DuraSpace (see the DuraSpace Code of Conduct for more details).

Teams that wish to utilize this meeting room must contact Tim Donohue to add their meeting to the DuraSpace Public Events Calendar (iCalRSS Feed). This ensures that multiple meetings will not overlap or schedule to use the Zoom meeting room at the same time.

DSpace Zoom Connection Info

When possible, it is recommended to join Zoom from a supported web browser (see Zoom System Requirements), using the URL below; or a standalone Zoom client, using the meeting ID below. This will allow you to also perform activities like screen sharing, audio/video recording, video chat, etc.  That said, joining via telephone is also possible if you wish to only take part in the audio portion of the meeting.

Join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android: https://duraspace.zoom.us/my/dspace  (Meeting ID: 502 527 3040)

Testing your Connection

If you'd like to test your Zoom connection prior to the meeting (to verify your web browser or computer will work), Zoom provides a Test Meeting : https://zoom.us/test

The Zoom Help Center also provides "getting started" resources to help you if you run into problems: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/200101697-Getting-Started
