Profile for testing the addition of new containers and nonRdfSourceDescriptions to a repository.

Indicates a timed section.

Repeat for every container in the setup profile:
1. Add the container.
2. Add each nonRdfSourceDescription for that container.
3. Add a property to the container.

Test with 1, 2, 4, and 8 threads.
