Notes

SciQL as potential Sound Manager

• DH - probably won't work for Sound Manager. SciQL stores images as 2-dim arrays and has sql like query language for finding images.
• Perhaps could be used with spectrograms.
• Perhaps could be model for something similar for sound management.

Sr. Researchers on NSF grants

• DH read text that seems to indicate that funding is limited to 2 months total for all NSF grants in each year.
• DH will check with Linda who will check with OSP

Letter of Commitment

• NSF does not accept Letters of Support. They only accept Letters of Commitment.
• Prioritize who to focus on as first adopters... eBird
