Teams that wish to utilize this meeting space room must contact Tim Donohue to add their meeting to the DuraSpace Public Events Calendar (iCal, RSS Feed). This ensures that multiple meetings will not overlap or schedule to use the Zoom meeting space room at the same time. |

When possible, it is recommended to join Zoom from a supported web browser (see Zoom System Requirements), using the URL below. This will allow you to also perform activities like screen sharing, audio/video recording, video chat, etc. That said, joining via telephone is also possible (see below), however you will obviously only be able to take part in the audio portion of the meeting.
