Story (A paragraph or two describing what happens)

Story 1. Repository A includes citations, with links, to published versions of resources. User, Donatella , is interested in viewing the published version of an article. She clicks on the supplied URL in the citation metadata field and that resource opens in a new tab.

Story 2. Following RDA cataloging rules, Repository A includes information about related resources in its records. The record for a manual includes a reference to a book of exercises that is freely available on another website. When user, Tom , clicks on the URL in the dc.relation field the URL is followed and the book of exercises is opened in a new tab.
