1. openaccess – Select the option to make the Item's metadata available to everyone.
2. administrator – This option will limit items' access to the administrator user group.
3. embargo - Embargo will restrict access of to items until the selected future date selected, as explained in the following steps.
4. lease - Lease The lease will restrict access of to items after the selected future date selected, as explained in the following steps.

Step 23: Select the 'Embargo' from the drop-down, and in the following field, select an embargo date to limit access to items until the selected date.
