The build.properties Configuration Properties File

The primary way of configuring DSpace is to edit the dspace.cfg, however, the [dspace-src]/build.properties file exists to provide an easy means of configuring a subset of properties. Typically this would be done to allow different developers to maintain their own build.properties files outwith [dspace-src]. Each developer would need to edit [dspace-src]/pom.xml to reference their own build.properties file. Any common changes could be applied directly to dspace.cfg.
