3.0 ToDo Documentation Tasks (mostly Documentation):

•  Installation Documentation needs a check (after Maven Consolidation) & also make sure updated with build.properties (Volunteer: Robin Taylor)
•  OAI 2.0 documentation needs moving & possible merging with existing OAI docs.  May also want to search all our Docs for mentions of "OAI" to be sure there are no other pages needing updates (Volunteer: Ivan Masár)
•  Configuration Documentation needs a quick check.  Especially with the new JSPUI configs added to the dspace.cfg file, which may need to be documented at JSPUI Configuration and Customization.
•  We need an Upgrade from 1.8.x to 3.x page added under Upgrading a DSpace Installation & instructions added there.
•  Update the Preface page for 3.0
•  Update the DSpace Release 3.0 Notes page.  Try and create a simple table/list of the main features that people should expect & look to test.  Use the DSpace Release 1.8.0 Notes as a good example.

Testathon Tasks

•  Release 3.0RC1 via Maven
•  Update demo.dspace.org with the 3.0RC1 Release (once it appears in Maven Central)
•  Announce Testathon start & all available test servers, etc.
  
  •  May want to optionally create a Testathon Wiki page under the DSpace Release 3.0 Notes, similar to the DSpace Release 1.8.0 Testathon Page
