1. Review work/outcomes from Interlingua subgroup discussions
   a) Should the interchange model and SHACL include bflc?
   b) Mapping into the Interlingua format if there are local variants
   c) Enforcing specific value vocabularies are out of scope due to international membership
   d) Blank nodes should be no barrier; rules need to understand and process both cases
   e) Need to define subgraph boundaries
2. To be discussed:
   a) Extending with other ontologies
   b) How to reliably indicate content type/work subclass/other option?
