   1. 3636 - Issue from slack for xml:lang attr; needs to be reviewed
      1. https://github.com/fcrepo-exts/migration-utils/pull/187 should be merged first
   2. 3835 - Needs review
   3. 3883 - Ready to be tested and reviewed
   4. 3673 - New changes for TransactionalFcrepoClient to be reviewed, if good can likely be merged
   5. 3655 - Check that changes are on main, then issue can likely be closed
4. User Information Gathering
   1. Time estimates don't include server side piece (security, data validation, etc)
   2. Multilingual page should be done as a way to reach users, may be good for Samvera/Islandora/other
   3. Interest in adding banner to the HTML UI so that users aren't prevented from using the API
   4. Potential for adding a HTTP header as another avenue of notifying users
   5. Is there a way of prompting users to provide stats/more information?
   6. New option - Stats export in UI which can prompt to share w/ Fedora
      1. API call for this would be useful as well
   7. With opt out, negatives seem to out weigh the positives
5. Villanova migration
   1. Only issue seems to be with additional escape characters in object properties
   2. Is there a strategy for not having downtime while you upgrade? Migration requires rebuilding of the index which requires Fedora to be down.
