  • Meetings with Stanford will only occur on an as needed basisSteven continues to review the remaining issues, plan to meet with Dave to communicate priorities before he retires (for real this time); focusing on "important" vocabularies and easy to accomplish issues; will mark other things willnotfix or other applicable tag.

      • Good progress getting rid
      • Went life last week. Greg now doing some cleanup of the old beanstalk serverSuggest spinning down the development and staging environments. Can be sun up quite quickly (about 30mins). Greg will do thisElasticbeanstalk QA server. Expect to be able to shut down the server today, and then delete the instance next week.
    • Containerizing the Cache Indices
      • Greg will try deploying container with cache from Dave on AWS (previously worked only on local laptop)Got the Dave Cache running in a container on AWS but some things still don't work. Having good experience with Terraform in place of CloudFormation. Will continue to work on this and hope to demo next week.

    • Summarized much of lit review user research in slides . Don't plan on adding much more beyond this week
    • BANG! report plodding along. Trying to provide summary with results on the top and will add table of contents.
      • Remaining: Last bit about Sinopia results, Wikidata query work formerly done by Steven and Tim.  May need to check ShareVDE PCC results for relationships between works
    • Met with Astrid and Steven to go over user research and examples from other protoypes.

    • Steven and Huda have experimented with putting a sinopia URI into our catalog as the target of "has sequel work". Huda is working to pull out instance information from Sinopia data linked and then do a lookup with that information to find an instance of the sequel work in our catalog
    • ACTION - Simeon to reach out to Tracey to see whether she could join our June 17 meeting to talk about opportunities for music metadata work that would be fundable, of interest to one or more relevant scholars and demonstrate the use of BF work descriptions
    • ACTION - Huda will work on summary of work for Mellon end of year report, and share with team

• Do intend to pick up ongoing development work with a focus on sustainability, understand usage
