  2. No topics today. We'll concentrate on our Project BoardPlease add suggested topics by end of day on Tues, Aug 25.  If no topics are suggested, we'll simply catch up on the Beta 4 Project Board & current development/review activities.
  3. (TOPIC DELAYED UNTIL Sept 3, when entire team has returned) Follow-up to Submission form conceptual design
     1. On July 30, we agreed that Submission Process should ONLY touch WorkspaceItem and WorkflowItem (per it's initial design).  Therefore, we must fix/refactor any code in the Submission Process which bypasses those objects/endpoints to read from or update Item objects/endpoints. 
     2. Updates since last week:
        1. Atmire is working on a plan to address the improper behavior in the code merged in PR#541 based on feedback
           1. See early notes in comments of https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/818
        2. Giuseppe provided a "quick fix" solution for his (previously blocked) Controlled Vocab PR: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/pull/751
        3. The two bugs caused by PR#541 are being fixed:
           1. https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/816  → Fixed by Giuseppe's PR#751
           2.  https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/817 → Fixed on main
