• The steps to reproduce
• Observed behavior
• Expected behavior
• Screenshots

Don't forget to include

• Operating System (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux)
• OS Version
• App Version (Found in the mobile app settings screen)
• Component (Android App, iOS App, Web Catalog, Circulation Manager)
• URL (if relevant)

The more information you can collect, the easier diagnosing the problem will be. Your development team with thank you.

Developers note incomplete information as the biggest blocker to investigating and fixing bugs. The most common information that developers use are:
