   1. Every GitHub commit triggers Jenkins. Successful builds result in Sonatype snapshots
      1. This is currently broken but should be fixed soon
   2. It would make sense to trigger the Docker pipeline as part of the Travis workflow once Travis has been configured to publish snapshotsEvery
