System detects user has circulation manager privileges and displays 'System Configuration' in top navAdmin view

• Display error message: "Patron not found." (red text)

• Patron ID
• Name of patron (can we show this?)
• Warning text: You are about to reset the Adobe account ID for [Patron's Name]. Please this patron. Before performing this action, please make sure the patron is aware that when they log into their account again, they will no longer have access to loans or reserves in their old account.
