When viewing a node convenient forms exist to export the current resource or import a resource resource, you can export it using the "Export as..." button. In the case of containers, you can also import a resource using the "Import" form.

Export

To export objects and contentsa resource, simply select the format. Note that currently jcrJCR/xml XML is the only supported format that we can export.

Import

To import contenta resource, select a file then choose the format in which the file it was originally exported and click the "Import" button.   The imported resource content will be inserted as a child of the current noderesource

Note

JCR/XML is currently the only supported import format.

An exported resource

We only can import objects and datastreams encoded in jcr/xml format at this time.

 An exported node may not be successfully reimported as long as the original still exists because of constraints on uniqueness of system-assigned IDs must be unique.
