This step is necessary when patrons reach their device installation limit. Please be sure to inform patrons that they will lose any existing loans or reserves when the new account is created."

Displays dialogue window with the following:

  • Patron ID entered
  • Name of patron (? are we showing this)
  • Warning text: You are about to reset the Adobe account ID for this patron. Before you do performing this action, please make sure the patron is aware that when this change is complete a new account will be created and the patron they log into their account again, they will no longer have access to loans or reserves from the in their old account.
