The Fedora 4.6.1 patch release resolves two issues.

1. Concurrent creation of repository resources introduces may introduce an invalid state
2. Upgrade to Modeshape 4.6.2.Final which includes
   1. ModeShape: Backup and Restore doesn't work with a databasecontains duplicate IDs
   2. ModeShape: Backup and Restore should be performed in batchesis memory constrained
