- Closing dangling files/streams (thanks @Peter Winckles)
- Need to decide whether to align migrated OCFL with F6, or keep it general

Open Issues:
- Opened PR to move OCFL test output to folder that will get cleaned up, but still needs a bit of work

- Didn't get to documenting the sidecar structure, need to pick a destination (confluence somewhere?)
Summary:
- Implemented a lot of the base functionality for binaries, but still a number of things to go
- Was a quieter sprint, which was a nice change of pace after the last few being documentation and discussion heavy
