We still refining the agenda and recruiting presenters for the Community 24x7. This has traditionally been a fairly informal meeting with lots of opportunity for networking with other DSpace users. We highly recommend that if possible you plan to allow time after the session to go to lunch and continue small group conversations around specific areas of interest.

24x7 presentations at the 2012 SPARC DSUG generated a lot of discussion and information sharing (to view slides from 2012 presentations see SPARC DSpace User Group Meeting 2012). A 24x7 is a version of the Pecha Kucha style presentations and is intended to provide as many people as possible an opportunity to share information about their current projects/efforts/ideas. Presentations are limited to 7 minutes and no more than 24 slides. We repository. We strongly encourage all attendees to participate! Suggested topics Generally a 24 x 7 means 24 slides in 7 minutes, but to tempt everyone into participating you needn't have a formal Powerpoint presentation – just get up and talk for 5-10 minutes. Ideas for topics include best (or worst) practices on the following topics:
- Budget: managing the repository budget and responding to user needs
- Strategic planning: developing a strategy and costing for future development of the repository
- Fundraising: sourcing funding opportunities for repository projects
- Personnel: coordinating and managing activities of repository personnel and coordinating repository development with associated departments
- Your current repository projects/work
- Other ideas?.....

Are you putting a DSpace 4.0 upgrade on your roadmap? Why or why not?
What are your main organizational issues with your repository? (staff time available, boss doesn't want to fund it, researchers don't perceive the value, etc.)
What are your main technical issues with your repository ? (learning curve, staff availability/turnover, working on an older dspace version, etc.)
If there's one thing the DSpace community could do for you, that would make YOUR life easier, what would it be?Potential topics for discussion - include upgrading to 4.0, repository bibliometrics, identifiers, APIs, DSpace and CC licenses, JSPUI vs XMLUI.
